This page explains how the winyastake website handles information in its first version.
What we collect
- Public site: This static version does not require accounts and does not intentionally collect personal profiles, payment details, or betting history.
- Get new picks form: If you submit the subscription form, your email (and optional X handle) are stored in the site owner’s browser local storage so they can contact you about new picks. Do not submit if you do not want that.
- Owner admin: Pick data and a local admin PIN may be stored in your browser’s local storage on the device used to manage the site. That data stays on that device unless you export or deploy it.
- Hosting / logs: If you host this site on a server or CDN, that provider may collect standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed). Check your host’s privacy policy.
Cookies
The sample site does not set tracking cookies. Browser local storage is used only for owner-edited pick data and admin session state on the admin page.
Third-party links
Links to external betting sites (including any “Place bet on Winyastake” button) lead to third-party services with their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for those sites.
Children
This site is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
